I became interested in fitness at the end of my freshman year of college in 2012. I committed to making a lifestyle change and spent the next few years learning and implementing everything I could about strength training and proper nutrition, eventually competing 6 times in the NPC. Since then, I have become a certified personal trainer and love helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. I truly believe your health and fitness have to be a maintainable, lifestyle approach and I help my clients achieve that. I love working with all people, from those who have just made the decision to begin a healthier lifestyle and may feel intimidated about how to get started to those who are looking for a killer workout to build muscle and strength. My training style is a mix of functional training/conditioning, strength training, cardio, and not letting you quit on the last rep 🙂
