After my brief stint as a collegiate diver, I turned to the world of fitness to help me stay strong and healthy. I learned my way around the gym by working out with my brothers then I used that knowledge to help out my friends. I loved helping my friends reach their fitness goals so much that in 2014 I became a certified personal trainer. Since then I have competed several times in different realms of the fitness industry. My specialties are strength training and high-intensity functional movements. I like to teach my clients the how and why of everything we do in order to give them the knowledge to flourish on their own.
